Scorpio Taurus first meeting

I'm a Scorpio female (24) and my loved one is a Taurus male (26). Like many cases here we met online, about 5 years ago, but he lives in France, and we never had a chance to really meet. Regardless the long distance, we've talked almost every day for the past two years, and he is my best friend without a question, and I do also truly believe he is the love of my life. He is that it was described about Taurus, loyal, caring, nice and on and on, but the interesting thing is he doesn't try to dominate, and he truly respects my decisions and I respect his too (most of the time). We've had our ups and downs during the years, mostly my fault, by pushing people away like typical Scorpios do, but he always came back once the storm was over. He is coming to spend New Years with me, and we'll meet for real for the first time! Wish us luck :D

I'm an 29 Scorpio female, whom ran back into my childhood 28 Taurus male ex-boyfriend. We met at our first job together at the age of 16/17.
